This has been a fun week on Signal Mountain! We've taken you to a lot of fun places and spent a lot of quality time with our family!
We got here Sunday afternoon and we ate dinner at Papa Dave and Rah Rah's house.
You were ready to get out of the car and play!
Monday we went to Fall Creek Falls state park with Nana, Pops, and Aunt Beth.
As soon as we started our hike to the falls overlook, you fell asleep in the backpack.
You weren't able to sleep for very long, but you looked adorable up there!
Thankfully we made it back to the car just as it started raining!
Tuesday we went downtown with Rah Rah and Nana to the Creative Discovery Museum.
You and Daddy played in the water outside of the Aquarium while we waited for Rah Rah to get there.
You played hard at the Museum! I was worried that some of the stuff would be a little old for you (and some stuff was), but you found plenty of fun things to play with! You especially loved the water play and the kitchen in the Little Yellow House area.
After the museum you and I went back to Rah Rah's house to play for a little while before Daddy came to pick us up for dinner with Mamaw.
We ate at The Blue Ribbon Cafe and had a great visit with Mamaw!
Wednesday morning, you and I went to Coolidge Park with Rah Rah to ride the carousel and play in the fountains.
We rode the carousel several times, but you weren't interested in playing in the fountains. (it was really crowded and the water squirted pretty high)
Yesterday morning you and I went with Rah Rah and Daddy to a splash pad at Warner Park.
You enjoyed it much more than the fountains at Coolidge Park- it was a much larger space, less people, and more "your size."
We ate lunch at Zaxby's at the bottom of the mountain and we ran into Uncle Lee!
You took a great nap at Nana and Pops' house and you had a great time playing with them that afternoon!
Unfortunately Daddy had to go back home today :(
But before he left, he took you on a quick (slow) 4-wheeler ride.
You and I are going to stay until next weekend when we'll meet Daddy in Asheville for a Fathers' Day weekend celebration!
This afternoon, you played in the little pool at Rah Rah's house and Miss Merri came by to see you!
