March photos

Nana, Pops, Aunt Brittany, and Aunt Beth visited the first weekend of the month for Brad's birthday.

We went on a hike at Umstead State Park and we all enjoyed Brad's birthday dinner at Ted's Montana Grille.

 Before they left, we went to Nantucket Grill for lunch and Brad got a huge piece of Thin Mint cake for his birthday!

Sadie and I visited the Life and Science Museum with Clifton and Carolyn. We also had a lot of playground dates this month- the weather was really nice!

 The Wednesday before Camryn was born, Sadie and I had a Chick fil a lunch date at Carolyn's house with Anna and Kathryn! (Clifton was asleep)

Carolyn- 37+ weeks pregnant with Camryn Marie

Me- 29 weeks pregnant with Eloise Mae
Anna- 15 weeks pregnant with Baby Gwennap

Carolyn and I had a pregnancy picture (at the fair) with Sadie and Clifton the week before Clifton was born, so we wanted to make sure to have one this time around too!

The Thursday morning before Camryn was born, we celebrated with Clifton and Carolyn with biscuits and doughnuts at Rise! 

And our last playdate as a group of 4!

On March 12 Brad and I went to see The Lion King at the DPAC- it was amazing!

Sadie stayed with the Gwennaps and after the show, they met us at Duke to see the Jacksons and meet one-day-old baby Camryn!

The weekend before Easter we went to an Easter egg hunt at Pullen Park. 

 Sadie more than doubled her egg count from last year (3 eggs vs 8 eggs)

Happy Easter!

Yesterday Sadie, Brad, Rah Rah, and I went to Alexian Village for an Easter egg hunt. 

I didn't realize that my camera was on manual focus until the egg hunt was almost over. Oh well!

Sadie had a great time!

Today we celebrated our Risen Savior with our families on Signal Mountain!

Sadie found her Easter basket on the front porch of Nana's house and she went through it while everyone was getting ready for church. 

She got buttons for her rainbow Crocs, a hairbrush, Doc McStuffins toothpaste, 2 new books, a football, color drops for the bathtub, and a few little snacks.

We went to church with Nana, Pops, Aunt Brittany, Aunt Beth, and the Akers family at Calvary Baptist Church.

Sadie wore the Easter dress that I wore when I was about a year and a half old!

After church we went to Rah Rah and Papa Dave's house. Sadie thankfully took a great nap before lunch; I knew that would help the rest of the day go more smoothly.

After lunch we went to Nanny's house for an Easter egg hunt.

I think Sadie's pretty much a pro Easter egg hunter now!

 It was a great day!
