This past weekend you, your daddy, and I have been with Aunt Samantha in Pigeon Forge, TN for a getaway weekend!
Samantha, you, and I headed up on Thursday evening and we spent Friday hanging out and running a few errands before your daddy arrived.
Friday afternoon we played at the playground at the condo and ate dinner at Cracker Barrel.
We were so glad to be reunited with your Daddy! Almost 2 weeks is too long!
Saturday morning we hike up to Clingman's Dome in Smokey Mtn. National Park!
It was a really steep, paved hiking path.

Sunday we drove back up into the Smokey Mtns. to go to Cades Cove for a picnic. We picked up Subway on the way there, but ended up having to eat our picnic in the car because the car line in Cades Cove was so long and wasn't moving! So we came back to the condo and played! And ate dinner at Bullfish!
Spending the day with my family (and Samantha) was a perfect Mothers' Day!

This morning we woke up and went to Gatlinburg to the Pancake Pantry! Yum!
And we walked around the Gatlinburg strip for a little while!
You were getting sleepy, so we decided to get our stuff together and head on home so that you could sleep in the car. We had such a fun weekend with Aunt Samantha- you loved playing with her! Her friendship means so much to your daddy and me and we are thankful for the times we get to spend together!
